Insights Newsletter

CHCx3 Insights, is available to download and read. Published twice a year, it features articles and updates on the multi-partner research project ‘Centre for High Carbon Capture Cropping’ (CHCx3). This aims to help UK farmers target Net Zero and build farming resilience through diversified cropping, enabling new revenue sources in the carbon market and supporting enhanced value chains for industries. Available to anyone with an interest in increasing carbon capture through the growing and utilisation of crops, click on the links below  to download.

We hear from CHCx3 partners Farm Carbon Toolkit and Natural Building Systems on the work they do and their aspirations for carbon

In ‘News from the Hub’ we highlight new developments in carbon capture cropping from CHCx3 and elsewhere. We hear from Cambridgeshire farmer Luke Palmer on how he is exploring new cropping options to enhance carbon capture, and from the Biorenewables Development Centre and Unyte Hemp on the work they are leading on Value Chains and Industrial Hemp respectively within the Project.
